James, Carris, George & Oscar 8th April 2020

Our wonderful Nanny Joyce - she really was a very special lady. One in a million with a heart of gold. I have so many memories over the years of my Nan. I would spend a lot of time with my Nan growing up especially in the school holidays. She would constantly play with me and my sister making sure we had the best time possible. Walking us to the local park; playing tennis (Nan would run around more than us picking up all the balls); climbing trees; playing in her garden which she loved so much or in the field behind; baking cakes and cooking together. Other fond memories would be staying over on the weekend - Nan And Grandad would let me stay up to watch match of the day all together whilst filling me up with food and cups of tea. Every morning Nan would treat me to a beautiful full English breakfast. Now I have two boys of my own - they were also lucky to have Nan in there life. George would love to visit Nan as much as I did on our Thursdays off together. Nan would have lunch prepared, the garden camps set up and she still had heaps of energy playing with George like she did with me. Nan never complained, she had such a strong character and was always smiling. I will miss you forever and love you with all my heart and know that you will never meet someone as special as my Nan again. Love from James, Carris, George & Oscar xxxxxxxx
