Dear Harris and Maurice families, I was very sad to hear of the passing of your much loved Mum and Nan. I had the privilege of knowing Joyce through my friendship with Kay over the last 50 years. Always there with a smile at Blenheim school with extra portions of gypsy tart, friends with benefits! My most cherished memory was given the opportunity by Joyce and Bill to experience my first holiday abroad with Kay to Rhodes in 1982, unfortunately my parents considered the Isle of Wight as abroad....little did they know. We didn't see them much that fortnight apart from our regular lunchtime meet up which always included a massive ice cream. Thank you for the lovely memories of a very kind lady may you rest in peace with Bill xxx
